You may continue to use our website and purchase our products if you are agreeable to the terms and conditions written herein and any amendments that may be issued hereinafter (T&C’s).

Note that your statutory rights as a consumer/purchaser and our obligations to comply shall stand, irrespective of the T&C’s, in line with prevailing country laws.

You may choose to register an account and provide us with your data in order to facilitate transactions with our company through our website. You acknowledge that you are doing so with your own volition. The data storage at our end is subject to our privacy policy, which you have acknowledged at the time of providing the data. 

Please note that you must maintain the confidentiality of your account, including your username and password and will be responsible for all transactions entered into with your username and inform us immediately in the event you become aware of any unauthorized use of the same. We, however, reserve the right to terminate your account or right to access our website at any point of time , without being bound to provide any reason whatsoever.

We fully disclose the quality of diamonds and the purity of gold in our products and back the same with certification from reputed and approved gemological laboratories. We rely on the laboratories and accordingly, will not be held liable in the event any of the certificates is subsequently proven to be erroneous.

While displaying the products on our website, the colors of the jewelry are reproduced to the best extent possible. The specifications in terms of grade/purity and color are separately mentioned for each product where relevant. However, please note that the image of the product depicted, especially the color, may vary from the actual piece due to limitations of the software. 

You may order products on our website by checking out your shopping cart or by contacting us by phone, email or on whatsapp. Orders once placed on the website and paid for may not be canceled once they are accepted. 

In the event we do not have stock of the item you ordered, you will be notified within 3 working days and the entire amount paid to us towards that particular product refunded in the value of AED received by us towards the purchase. 

Conditions for returns and exchanges:

• Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days from the purchase. 
• Returns and exchanges can only be made if the product is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and stickers attached to it. 
• Any evidence of use, improper handling, misuse or damage shall render the product non-returnable and non-exchangeable. 
• The original invoice and certification must be presented in order to process the return.
• Customs creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Jewelry that is not in its original condition cannot be returned or exchange

You agree to receive any communication with regard to your account, transactions or marketing material, updates of Terms and conditions and Website Policies via email to your registered email ID. 

Any of the terms and conditions set out herein being deemed to be unlawful or void will not render the rest of the terms invalid. They shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

The Laws of the UAE, specifically as applicable to the Emirate of Dubai, shall be applicable in the event of a dispute. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts and their decision shall be binding.
