Return & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days from the purchase.
Returns and exchanges can only be made if the product is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and stickers attached to it.
Any evidence of use, improper handling, misuse or damage shall render the product non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
The original invoice and certification must be presented in order to process the return.
Customs creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
Jewelry that is not in its original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
All requests for refunds or exchanges can be made via email to customersupport@revadiamondjewelry.com.
For returns and exchanges within the UAE, we will arrange for the product to be collected from the original delivery address. Upon collection, the original Emirates ID of the customer needs to be presented.
For international orders, the product will need to be shipped back to us at the customers’ expense. This includes all customs and duty fees at both ends.
Once we have received the product, we will process the return subject to the following conditions:

All products will undergo a quality control test before the return is accepted.
All jewelry must pass a quality control test in order to be returned. Once the quality is approved, your refund will be processed and credited within a period of 7 days.
